J. ANDERSON "ANDY" HARP

Bio:  Mr. Harp is Board Certified in Civil Trial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (www.nblsc.us ).  He concentrates his law practice in personal injury cases in particularly under the F.E.L.A., representing railroad families.  He is registered with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution and received his mediation training from the University of Georgia.  He has participated in trials in more than five states and is a member of the bars of Alabama and Georgia.  He has represented well over a thousand families in his thirty plus year career.  He served as National President for the Marine Corps. Reserve Officers Association.  He has several articles published nationally on the subject of traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury.

Hourly fee:  $400.00 (3 hour minimum) plus $300 administrative fee
