Mrs. Jarrard’s experience in both governmental audits and non-profit sectors has given her insight into regulatory frameworks and organizational dynamics, which are essential for mediating diverse cases. As an Assistant Professor of Business, she emphasized ethical leadership and decision-making, skills she now applies to facilitate fair and balanced resolutions in civil matters. Hourly Fee: $250.00 (1 hour minimum). Cancellations within 48 hours of the mediation are subject to a 1-hour ($250) fee to the canceling party and counsel.
