KEITH PITTMAN

Bio: Keith Pittman is a general civil mediator registered with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution. Keith is a native of Columbus who has practiced law in Muscogee and other Georgia counties for more than 30 years.  After careers as an educator and in the hospitality industry, he attended University of Georgia School of Law, graduating Order of the Coif in 1993. Keith first practiced with Columbus and Atlanta law firms where he represented clients on fraud, products liability, malpractice and other complex cases. In 2000, he moved his practice to commercial law firms where, for more than fifteen years, he primarily represented clients in arbitrations and mediations, class actions, commercial lawsuits, construction disputes and other business matters. For the past eight years, Keith has continued to provide legal services on issues involving business entity, fiduciary duty and other commercial matters, as well as cases involving premises liability, products liability and professional malpractice. Keith has also been  an Adjunct Professor – first at University of Georgia School of Law (2005-2011) and subsequently at Georgia State University College of Law (2012-2017)– where he taught business litigation, economic torts and product liability seminars.

Hourly fee: $350.00 (3 hour minimum) plus $200 administrative fee
