Bio: Shannon has over 30 years of conflict resolution in various corporate and private settings. She has worked for decades with companies such as Microsoft, Whirlpool, Samsung, etc. She has developed, managed and led hundreds of team members and was responsible for building their company employee conflict resolution platforms. She is currently a Georgia civil and domestic mediator with Pass Mediation as well as the Director of Business and Marketing with On Call Staffing. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with honors and specialized in Psychology and Business Management.
