JACK KIRBY

Bio:    I was born and raised in West Point, GA. I graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.S. degree in Agriculture and obtained my law degree from Cumberland School of Law in 1979. After law school I moved to LaGrange and hung out my shingle to practice law. I tried my first jury trial a month after I was sworn in and spent my 28 years of private practice in the courtroom trying almost every kind of case imaginable. I was appointed to the Superior Court bench in the Coweta Judicial Circuit in 2007 and served 12 years as a Superior Court Judge. I took Senior status when I retired in 2019. I have a small farm in Pine Mountain, GA where I grow, bale and sell Russell Bermuda Grass hay.
