CARTER SCHONDELMAYER

Bio:  Carter Schondelmayer has focused on employment law since graduating from the University of Georgia Law School in 1998.  As a trial lawyer she has litigated a wide variety of civil litigation claims and has provided assistance to clients in the investigative processes of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Federal and State Departments of Labor, The Office of Federal Contractor Compliance and the Office of Civil Rights.  Her experience in trial and appellate work extends through the counties under the Chattahoochee Judicial Circuit, all State and Federal Courts, including the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.  Although she has dealt primarily with employment matters, she also has significant experience in the litigation of contested estates and probate matters.  She has been an active participant in a number of mediations to resolve a variety of claims.
