Bio: Dr. Alissa Sasser received her undergraduate degree in Middle Grades Education from Brewton-Parker College in 2000 and obtained her doctoral degree from Georgia Southern University in 2018. During her tenure as a public educator, Dr. Sasser has served as a teacher, as well as a building and district administrator, before serving rural districts across the state in her current role as a Partnerships Specialist with the Georgia Department of Education’s Office of Rural Education and Innovation.
