Bio:  Passionate about building bridges out of conflict, I’m a Georgia mediator certified in Civil and Domestic mediation.  During my 10 years in the insurance industry, I handled more than 7,000 unique claims.  I bring to the table a wealth of experience in investigating, negotiating, and settling conflicts using the most ethical, professional and productive processes.   As your mediator, I begin by establishing a neutral forum where we can approach the issues in a judgement-free environment.  With willingness to approach the issues, we can facilitate a dialogue, uncover interests, and begin to establish an agenda.
